Room Service is the brainchild of Chef Pablo Zitzmann & Gregory Schwartz, who both wanted to to hold on to the memories of those mornings waking up to Room Service.

Pablo Zitzmann is the Chef & Owner of Michelin rated restaurant Zitz Sum in Coral Gables. Zitz Sum has been recognized by The New York Times as one of the 50 Best Restaurants in America, nominated by The James Beard Foundation for Best New Restaurant and has been a driving force in the Miami Culinary landscape over the past four years.

Room Service is a restaurant that focuses on seamless and reliable execution, highlighting comfort and memories in a relaxed, efficient and hospitality driven way.
